Delta vows to enforce Okada, scrap metal ban in restricted areas
Delta State Government, DTSG, Thursday, said it will enforce to the fullest, the ban on commercial motorcycles and scrap metal scavenging popularly known as 'iron condemn' in restricted areas across the state.
