ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS
The Ministry of Finance has the following assigned responsibilities:
- Formulation of financial policies and financial strategies;
- Debt management;
- Management of investments, loans and advances;
- Management of banking relationships;
- Supervision of subsidiary companies which include Universal Investment and Development Company Limited and Delta Trust Mortgage Finance Company Limited;
- Co-ordination of the activities of the Board of Internal Revenue and the Office of the Accountant-General regarding revenue collection and management of expenditure;
To effectively discharge its responsibilities, the Ministry is structured as follows:
